Return Policy

We want you to be as thrilled with our products as we are. That's why we provide a 30 Day Return Policy. If you are not completely happy with your item, send an email explanation to sales@LevoStore.com.au We'll reply with a return merchandise authorization number, and shipping instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, showing no signs of wear. It must also be in the original packaging.

OPTION 1

Use your new LEVO without any modifications. It works fantastically except your Face ID won’t work, and if you use an Apple Pencil, it also won’t have space to charge on top of your iPad. See option 2 for if you’d like these to work.

OPTION 2

Our Dual Clamping Platform/Cradle is designed so you can easily remove any of the Clamping Ends. You can simply remove the top one and ... shazaam, now your Face ID is your friend again, and your pencil will charge on top of your iPad Pro 2018.
